Working Tiehack for 1.24c

Since Exzap released his Drophack, there is a way to use it as a Tiehack aswell! 
Send mass actions [ around 25 000 ] and you'll get a tie.
I recommend to use this method whenever you're pissed of your opponent or you have to go AFK or whatever
I tested this myself and it worked everytime I tried it.
This method is just usable, when your enemy is using the Drophack aswell.
So you can't drop him, but atleast get a tie !
So far, you shouldn't care about a ban, since it's like you're getting flooded
But still, use it on your own risk.
